This annual event brings together community members, supporters, and advocates to celebrate the impact of our programs while raising critical funds to continue providing education, mentorship, and support for girls throughout the St. Louis area.

Than is a seasoned business and IT leader with over 20 years of experience across the technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and real estate sectors. As co-owner of Starfish Prime, LLC and Carrsom Properties, LLC, she handles operations, client relations, contract management and business development for both companies. She currently resides in St. Louis with her husband and two children. In her free time, Than enjoys tending to her garden, helping bootstrap startups find their footing, investing in new business ideas through partnerships with local organizations such as Arch Grants, and, of course, running her children to sporting practices and events!
