Girls in the Know would not have come this far so quickly without the support of wonderful volunteers. For information on volunteering or internship opportunities, please contact us by phone at (314) 717-1270 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

“My daughter and I participated in the Girls in the Know program at our church. It was truly a transformational experience for us throughout the 4 week 1 hour sessions. The facilitators ensured that we had dedicated 1:1 mother-daughter conversation time to discuss topics that I wasn’t sure how to talk about with my daughter. We are a busy family and there’s always an abundance of activities on our calendar. Looking back, I am so glad that I carved out this time. And now, we are excited to be part of the team that will bring this program to The Academy of the Sacred Heart. It has opened our lines communication and improved our mother-daughter relationship immensely!” ~Jennifer Ruffino, Academy of the Sacred Heart

Special thanks to a team of Monsanto mother/daughter volunteers, under the leadership of Brenda Cochrell, Global Volunteer Program Manager, who came out to support our Mother-Daughter Trivia Party! 18 Monsanto volunteers, 3 daughters and 2 guests, 46 collective hours resulted in a $500 service grant to benefit the Marshall Mentor Program with Girls in the Know.
